I designed pass cards for patients and their families separately and 3 types of stickers. They need to choose the circle sticker and cartoon sticker to stick on the pass card according to our color-and-mood comparison table. In addition, they can write down their needs on the cloud sticker, and the specific instructions are attached to the back of the pass card.
