What is the community of the future?
The community is the basic unit of a city, and an important place for the integration of urban culture and the enhancement of citizens' cohesion and sense of well-being.
High quality and good life are the two key words in the title of "future community".
The "future community" is also a concept of livelihood service agglomeration, and the agglomeration of various quality livelihood services is an important criterion.
Looking around the world, the future community is already an international hot spot. In Canada, for example, they are building the Quayside Future Community to build a smarter, greener and more inclusive city. In addition, the shadow of the future community can also be seen in the European BLOCK model, the Singapore COMPLEX model, and the Japanese shared housing.
Behind the evolution of these models, there is a tendency: with the depth of the new round of technological revolution and industrial change, the community, as the basic unit of the city, turns into a place more full of humanistic care, intelligence, low-carbon and sharing.
