Literature Review 2: Food waste interventions

In the first round of literature study, I researched the definition of food waste, the process and the complex causes of food waste behaviour. In this phase, I focused on the interventions proposed by different researchers based on their research and findings, from which I hoped to learn effective ideas on how to improve food waste and understand the complex factors that prevent people from integrating food waste into sustainable development.
